The Jazz Ensemble gives band students at Hardee Senior High a fun and exciting additional performance opportunity. Students learn the basics of various jazz styles and how to perform them on their instrument, as well as some basic music theory as it relates to big band jazz music. 

In 2019-2020, we have a busy performance season going, which started with the Christmas Concert, and continues with Jazz MPA (where we received an Excellent rating), and performances at various Hardee District school campuses, and the Spring Concert on April 28 at HHS.
