The Concert Bands are one of the stage performing opportunities that the band offers (in addition to the Jazz Band). It is in Symphonic Band that students really learn to refine their musical skills on their instrument. The Symphonic Band annually hosts two concerts in December and April or May. At these concerts, the students learn to perform music by some of the band world's greatest and most legendary composers and arrangers, including (but not limited to) John Philip Sousa, Karl King, James Swearningen, Alfred Reed, Frank Erickson, Pierre La Plante, David Holsinger, Robert Sheldon, and more.

In addition to these concerts, they have performed at community events such as the Veteran's Day service at the American Legion Post in Wauchula in 2017, and the Health and Hurricane Safety Expo in Wauchula in 2016.

The Symphonic Band participates in the Florida Bandmasters Association District Music Performance Assessment where FBA adjudicators give feedback and a rating for a stage performance and sight-reading. The band also competes annually at an additional spring festival in Orlando or Tampa.
